    Little Gorillas Youth Football Camp: May 29th from 3-5 pm; May 30th 3-5 pm; May 31st 3-5 pm. Camp available for athletes in 2nd – 8th grade. Location: Davenport Football Field. Cost: $30 per athlete. Please RSVP w/shirt size to Coach Briney @tbriney@davenportsd.org or 509-721-1013.

    Attention girls who will be entering grades 6-12 grades next school yearGorilla Volleyball is proud to host Centralia College coaches and players for a skills camp here in Davenport! 

    Camp Dates:

    Wednesday, June 13th 10:30am-12:30pm & 1:00pm-3:30pm

    (3:30pm-4:30pm Setters ONLY)

    Thursday, June 14th 10:30am-12:30pm & 1:00pm-3:30pm

    (3:30pm-4:30pm Setters ONLY)

    Friday, June 15th 9:00am-12:30pm & 1:00-3:30pm

              (8:00am-9:00am Setters ONLY)

    Camp Cost: $50 (Includes camp shirt!)

    $65 (If choose to also attend SETTERS ONLY part of camp, also includes camp shirt!)

    Camp Location: Davenport Middle/Elementary School Gym

    Camp Registration Form and Payment Due: Friday, June 8th. Please turn in forms to MS or HS office! (Extra forms are available in both offices!) 

    Same day registration available for additional $5.

    Important Testing Dates:

    Week of May 21st-25th: Grade 6-8 AND 10th & 11th Math SBA.

    Week of May 29th- June 1st: Grade 8th AND 11th Science WCAS.

    June 8th-13th: Finals and end of Semester 2.

     

    DHS FBLA is for Hire! Need an odd job done? Call us! We can do: yard work, window/car washing, organizing/cleaning, other. Our services are donation only, but please consider time and effort involved.  If you are interested, please contact Miss Carstens the FBLA Advisor at 509-725-4021 to schedule a job!

     

    Wednesday:

    Typed FBLA officer speeches are due to Ms. Carstens by 3:00 pm today. Elections will be held on Friday during RTI.

     

    FFA End-of-Year Banquet @ 7:00 pm in the HS auditorium. Members should be in official dress or business professional if they do not have official dress clothes.

     

    Boys’ basketball summer meeting in the MS Gym @ 6:30 PM. This is for 8th-11th grade boys and their parents…please plan on attending this short meeting!!

     

    Thursday:

    State track/field @ EWU. State send-off @ 10:45 AM.

     

    Friday:

    State track/field @ EWU. Bus 7:45 AM/Meet ?.

     

    FBLA Officer Elections and meeting during RTI today.

     

    Saturday:

    State track/field continues @ EWU. Bus 7:30 AM/Meet ?.

     

    FYI:

    Youth Conservation Corps job applications are available at the high school office for students aged 15-19 who would like to make money this summer engaging in conservation activities in our area.  You can apply online at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/youthprograms/ycc.htm.
