Tickets are worked on based on age of ticket and urgency of the request; the system we have in place to prioritize based on urgency is as follows:
Priority 3 – normal response; need assistance but I’m able to work around issueWe will be in touch with you soon
Priority 2 – quick response; urgent issue affecting my work/lesson plansWe will be working on this immediately
Priority 1 – emergency; completely unable to work affecting many usersAll hands on deck; this is all we're working on
Also, when responding to a ticket e-mail, please report "what you know, when you know it" which also helps us quickly re-prioritize and correctly assign resources to your support request. Thank you!
