    When you send an e-mail to the help desk, please give as much detail about your issue as possible so we can properly prioritize your issue among all of the other support requests we receive.  Tickets are worked on based on age of ticket and urgency of the request; the system we have in place to prioritize based on urgency is as follows:

    Priority 3 – normal response; need assistance but I’m able to work around issue
             We will be in touch with you soon
    Priority 2 – quick response; urgent issue affecting my work/lesson plans
              We will be working on this immediately
    Priority 1 – emergency; completely unable to work affecting many users
             All hands on deck; this is all we're working on

    Also, when responding to a ticket e-mail, please report "what you know, when you know it" which also helps us quickly re-prioritize and correctly assign resources to your support request.  Thank you!
